The website www.vegantuckbox.com is owned and operated by Vegan Tuck Box Ltd. Our address for correspondence is: Vegan Tuck Box, Store First, Ashroyd Business Park, Ashroyds Way, Barnsley, S74 9SB (this premises is not open to the public). Within the Terms and Conditions references to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘the website’ are references to Vegan Tuck Box.

Your use of this website and membership of Vegan Tuck Box is at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions as applicable to your use of the website and all applicable laws. By accessing this website you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

We reserve the right, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. The Terms and Conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website. Your use of the Vegan Tuck Box website after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

Website use

You agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, harm, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or equipment linked directly or indirectly with this website. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks underlying or connected to this website or our services or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to this website.

You agree not to impersonate any other person while using this website, conduct yourself in an offensive manner while using this website, or use the website for any illegal, immoral or harmful purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Vegan Tuck Box will place ‘cookies’ (small text files) on any computer you use to access the website. Some of these cookies are essential to make our site work and others help us to improve by giving us some insight into how the site is being used. These cookies are set when you submit a form, login or interact with the site by doing something that goes beyond clicking some simple links. We also use some non-essential cookies to anonymously track visitors or enhance your experience of this site.

Any links on this website to other websites are to provide you with further information. We do not endorse the websites and have no responsibility for their content.


We may refuse any application to receive our services for any reason whatsoever. By supplying your telephone number when ordering you grant us permission to contact you via phone regarding your account and any special offers or promotions.

We aim to offer the best possible service but cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service, please report it to us via our ‘contact us’ page and we will correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. The content of any particular month’s box may change depending on stock availability.

Your access to the Vegan Tuck Box website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities and services. We will restore the service as soon as we reasonably can. In the event that our website us unavailable please notify us of any changes to your order.

Your submission of an order enters into a contract to buy the products from us. You cannot then withdraw or cancel your order except as specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions.

If you have ordered a monthly box we will continue to bill you at the same time each month by your chosen payment method until you cancel your subscription.


All of our products are suitable for vegans. Our boxes and products may not be suitable for people with allergies. Our products may contain other common allergens such as nuts, seeds, gluten, wheat, soya and oats. Please contact us if you have a food allergy before ordering.

As the Vegan Tuck Boxes contain a selection of products we cannot guarantee that they are suitable for people with allergies. It is the customers’ responsibility to check the allergy advice label on any products purchased from us before handling or consuming.


On completion of your order the relevant payment will be taken immediately from your credit or debit card and weekly / fortnightly / monthly here after if you have entered into a subscription. Accepted card payments are MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and JCB.

You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.

Vegan Tuck Box reserves the right to change the fees for any services at any time. We agree to notify you at least 30 days in advance of any change in fees.

If your payment fails for 2 consecutive months we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

Parcels despatched to countries outside the EU may incur customs charges on delivery in addition to the cost of the items. The recipient is responsible for paying any customs charges that are due.

Our prices are listed in British pound sterling.


Ultimate subscription box orders will be despatched within the first week of the next month. Letterbox subscription orders are despatched within 2-3 working days.

Single boxes will be despatched within 2-3 working days of receiving the order.

We currently use Royal Mail second class postage and Royal Mail Airmail for orders outside of the UK. Proof of delivery is not obtained.  Actual delivery times may vary.

We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification.

You will not hold us responsible for any delays outside our control which relate to the delivery of the boxes.

It is the customer’s responsibility to report all lost boxes to us within 7 days. Customers are obliged to comply with either Royal Mail’s claim compensation process or Vegan Tuck Box’s process. Failure to comply with these processes will result in no refund. In the event a full refund is required for a missing box, we are unable to offer a refund for the postage for any parcels returned to us.

If you change address, you must update your address details by logging in to your account or contacting us. You will be liable for any boxes posted to the wrong location.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership if it becomes apparent that in our sole opinion the postal service in your area is too unreliable.


You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us to arrange return of the product.  If the goods have already been dispatched and the return is for reasons other than faulty / incorrect goods then you must cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Products must be returned by Royal Mail unopened and undamaged in the original packaging. We only accept return of the whole Vegan Tuck Box and not individual products unless they are faulty.

If returned goods are lost in the post, you must agree to our reasonable requirements for tracking the delivery (such as showing us the proof of posting) before we can give you a refund.

Any refund due will be credited to the original card of purchase within 30 days of us receiving the goods.

Damaged products

You must inspect the products on day of receipt and notify us the same day of any defects. We may require you to take a photograph of the damaged products or return them by Royal Mail in suitable packaging. We will replace or refund the full cost of damaged goods including your postage costs. This does not apply to faults or defects that have been caused by your mis-use and/or neglect of the goods or by accidents caused while the goods are in your possession.

Any refund due will be credited to the original card of purchase within 30 days of us receiving the goods.


You can cancel your subscription by emailing us or logging into My Account through our website. If payment has already been taken, your box for that month will be despatched, but any further orders will be cancelled.

You are entitled to cancel a payment for products where fraudulent use has been made of your payment card by a person not acting, or to be treated as acting, as your agent. You should contact your card issuer for re-credit to your card.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, for any or no reason whatsoever. One reason that we may do so is if we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these terms. If we terminate your use of our service as a result of a breach of any obligation under these terms, such termination would be immediate and without notice.


We collect personal information about you through your use of this website and our services. All information that we collect about you is subject to our Privacy Policy.


This website is controlled by Vegan Tuck Box. Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
